The Recruitment function offers various levels of recruitment services to hiring departments and managers. Recruiters have ownership over specialized areas of focus and are responsible for all aspects of the hiring process.

Of particular importance is the partnership we have formed with The WorkSource, a Texas State agency career center, which provides efficient pre-screening for all interested job seekers.

Our award winning "in-house" Executive Recruitment program, with offices in The Woodlands and Houston, continues to set the standard for administrative and professional recruitment and is the model for our other areas of recruitment.

Career counseling is also available to current employees interested in exploring other job opportunities at UTMB.  Appointments with a career counselor can be made by calling Ext. 74800.
