JOB SUMMARY: Develops and provides occupational therapy services to referred patients. Serves as a patient advocate in the Department of Occupational Therapy. Meets legal, ethical, and institutional standards while adhering to the mission, philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department and organization. Reports directly to a team leader. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Master's degree in related field and one year related experience. Certified OT and licensed or eligible for license in the State of Texas. EQUIPMENT: Standard occupational therapy equipment. WORKING ENVIRONMENT/LOCATION OF POSITION: Standard occupational therapy environment. OTHER: Specific job requirements or physical location of some positions allocated to this classification, may render this position security sensitive, and thereby subject to the provisions of Section 51.215, Texas Education Code.
