Job Summary:

To provide advanced clinical consultations to patients and staff and provide direct supervision of staff in assigned area.

Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

• Provides psycho-social assessment and counseling to patients.
• Participates in discharge planning.
• Supervises case managers, social work interns, and volunteers.
• Adheres to internal controls established for department.
• Functions as coordinator in the absence of the supervisor.

Required Education / Experience:

Master's degree in related field and one year related experience. Must be certified at the LMSW level.
