JOB SUMMARY: Acts as a firmly committed leader to create a positive patient and customer experience by consistently exceeding expectations in patient care by effectively directing day-to-day clerical operations of a clinic(s) and providing feedback to the Practice Manager in alignment with UTMB core values. MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Three years of office, financial, medical or customer service related job experience including two years of supervisory experience. EQUIPMENT: Standard office equipment. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Standard hospital, clinical and/or office environment. OTHER: Specific job requirements or physical location of some positions allocated to this classification, may render this position security sensitive, and thereby subject to the provisions of Section 51.215, Texas Education Code.
