JOB SUMMARY: Creates positive patient and customer experience by consistently exceeding expectations in patient care, by coordinating clerical and medical activities of a healthcare team within a clinical entity and in alignment with UTMB Core Values. MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High school or equivalent and 2 years customer service and/or clerical experience. EQUIPMENT: Standard office equipment. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Standard hospital, clinical and/or office environment. OTHER: Specific job requirements or physical location of some positions allocated to this classification, may render this position security sensitive, and thereby subject to the provisions of Section 51.215, Texas Education Code.
