Job Summary:
To provide technical and
professional skills in the delivery of psychological services.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:
- Administers and scores
psychological tests, evaluates and interprets test results, and prepares
reports on those results.
- Implements clinical and
laboratory research in such areas as animal research, child development,
physiological and behavioral functioning.
- Provides patient care
services to in-patients and out-patients by implementing prescribed programs
of remedial training and counseling.
- Assists patients in
assessing their own assets and liabilities through interview techniques and
aiding them in planning and executing their programs of rehabilitation of
psychological laboratory.
- Provides information
and feed-back to patients or clients concerning psychological diagnostic and
treatment processes in psychiatric, rehabilitation, and medical settings.
- Adheres to internal
controls established for department.
- Performs related duties
as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Master's degree in related
field and one year related experience.
Equipment:
Standard psychodiagnostic tools.
Working Environment:
Standard laboratory or clinical environment
