JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinates all aspects of the student education process
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Coordinates all aspects of
the student education process including course schedules and syllabi
preparation, room scheduling, exam administration and grading, student and
course evaluations, student recruitment activities, assessment tools and
acts as a department resource.

Monitors department
expenses and distribution of grant funds. Assist with grant pre and post
awards including budget development and annual reports.

Coordinates travel
arrangements. Authorizes travel and expense forms.

Coordinates departmental
special events
-
Coordinates the new student
application process.

Coordinates committee
meetings
-
Processes payroll and
personnel forms including monthly and bi-weekly payroll.

Create and revise website
as needed.

Provides administrative
support as needed.

Serves as department
liaison regarding educational issues.

Adheres to internal
controls and reporting structure.
MARGINAL OR PERIODIC JOB FUNCTIONS:
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree and 3 years related experience.
EQUIPMENT:
Standard office equipment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/LOCATION OF POSITION:
Standard office environment.
