JOB SUMMARY:
Works with other
members on team to assure that Construction coordination, communication and
administration with regards to budget and schedule are executed in a timely
manner. Serve as primary resource to team and stakeholders on construction
activities.
MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:

Manages general contractors and vendors effectively.

Evaluates general contractors and architects/engineers.

Seeks creative means to better serve internal and external customers.

Assures that all items on the current Critical Task List are addressed and
resolved.

Conducts inspection of construction projects.

Reviews drawings/plans/specifications and addendum’s.
-
Documents any deviations from original scope and budget; alerts Project
Manager or Construction Operations Manager if deviations occur

Responsible for construction budget, scope and schedule, move-in activities,
clear and concise communications with users and FOAM Leadership.

Follows and supports the guidelines established by the Development Process.

Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.

Closes out projects in a timely manner

Conducts yearly warranty walk-through

Performs related duties as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and three years
of construction-related experience.
EQUIPMENT:
Standard office equipment; all tools of the
construction trade.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Standard office, shop and construction site
environments.
OTHER:
Specific job requirements or physical location
