JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining utility systems standards and coordinating the activities of contractors and service providers.  Also, responsible for maintaining system documentation, providing technical support to maintenance and development and have primary responsibility for developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.

 

MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:

  • Prepares technical specification for equipment repairs and replacements.

  • Manages complex maintenance contracts.

  • Maintains and updates site utility drawings.

  • Audits utility bills to insure accuracy.

  • Develops and maintains emergency preparedness procedures

  • Maintains engineering and Technical data base applications

  • Initiates action plans to develop skills and knowledge to stay current with evolving office technologies.

  • Think independently and make decisions as necessary

  • Prioritize daily work assignments in support of a multi process department

  • Perform related duties as required

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and three years of related experience.

 

EQUIPMENT:

Standard office equipment.

 

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Standard office environment   Exposure to construction environment.
