JOB SUMMARY:
Manages
interiors projects, including (but not limited to) furniture, finishes, moves,
and signage. The Interiors Manager will work with other members on a project
team or act as lead for specific interiors projects, reporting to the Project
Manager or the Construction Operations Manager. The Interiors Manager is
responsible for all budgets and schedules related to the interiors projects.
MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:

Serves as primary contact for stakeholders and departmental representatives
on construction and non-construction projects for interiors items such as
furniture and spatial layout requirements, finish color selections,
flooring, window coverings and artwork.

Acts as project manager for assigned projects; develops and manages budget
and schedule for projects

Maintain budget sheets and schedules for all assigned projects

Reviews interior related requisitions prior to order, follows through on
installation and assists in related invoice approvals.

Communicates with stakeholder/customer regarding scope, budget and schedule
on all interior items.

Manages all interiors vendor design, documentation, and implementation;
provides a data base for use in selecting vendors

Maintains related status reports and budget sheets.

Reviews construction drawings for interior related items and finishes.

Evaluate general contractor/architect.

Manages and completes signage and room numbering within projects.

Works with all internal FOAM employees and on-campus stakeholders to ensure
a successful move-in

Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.

Performs related duties as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and two years of
related experience

Standard office equipment.
