Job Summary:
To assist in maintaining the space Inventory data and AutoCAD files.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Updates the AutoCAD building files.

Field verifies and proofs facilities statistics.

Organizes preliminary statistics logically and efficiently.

Enters data accurately.
-
Compiles building and room information and calculates square footage to update blueprints, printouts and related tables.

Plots drawings as required.
-
Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
High school or equivalent and two years of experience.
Equipment:
CAD software and related equipment.
Working Environment:
Standard office environment.
Other:

Any
