Job Summary:
To provide supervisory skills in directing the activities of assigned laborers.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Plans, assigns and supervises the activities of laborers in the performance of their tasks.

Determines work procedures and materials needed.

Interprets blueprints, sketches, and instructions.

Assists in moving furniture and equipment.

Acts as custodian of tools, equipment, and materials used on the job.

Identifies appropriate internal controls for department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
High school or equivalent and two years related experience.
Equipment:
Standard grounds keeping equipment.
Working Environment:
Possible exposure to inclement weather. Must have the ability to perform physically demanding manual labor.
