Job Summary:
To provide semi-skilled work to all areas of UTMB.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Assists skilled workmen in repairing and maintaining campus equipment and facilities.

Carries tools and equipment to and from storage and work areas.

Sets up and tears down complex work sites.

Furnishes materials and supplies to skilled workers.
-
Operates grounds keeping equipment.
-
Cleans and maintains tools, equipment, materials and supplies.

Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Through 8th grade and one year related experience.
Equipment:
Standard grounds keeping equipment.
Working Environment:
Possible exposure to inclement weather. Must have the ability to perform physically demanding manual labor.
