JOB SUMMARY:
To assist the Director in managing the department and provide supervision,
coordination and administration for the institutional parking operations.
MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:

Oversees the parking operations for the
institution.

Directs the Preventative Maintenance Programs
responsible for building maintenance and renovation for twelve buildings,
eight retail - type buildings, four parking garages and numerous surface
parking lots.

Manages parking office staff and parking
controllers. Oversees the billing and accounts receivable process and all
other aspects of the department.

Reviews work of support personnel to assure
established standards and procedures are followed.

Evaluates current procedures, assessing areas
of need or improvement, and implements new or modified processes.

Analyzes services to improve quality and to
maximize the utilization of staff time and abilities.

Prepares, monitors, and maintains budgets for
designated areas.

Identifies appropriate internal controls for
department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.

Performs related duties as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and four years of related
experience.
EQUIPMENT:
Standard office equipment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Standard office environment.
