Job Summary:
To provide a variety of professional and technical training programs for all UTMB employees.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Develops lesson plans, prepares presentations, obtains visual aids for training programs.

Makes arrangements for locations and needed equipment.

Coordinates and conducts special training courses.

Maintains records and reports, such as EEO statistics, employee completion of training and orientation programs.

Develops training objectives and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs.

Recommends training programs to assist departments in meeting their goals through training

Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and no experience.
Equipment:
Standard audiovisual, training and/or office equipment.
Working Environment:
Standard office and/or classroom environment.
Other:
Specific job requirements or physical location of some positions allocated to
