Job Summary:
To manage the Preventive Medicine Aerospace, General Preventive Medicine and Occupational Medicine Residency Training Programs.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Develops and manages resident schedules and teaching activities such as grand rounds, case conferences and journal clubs.

Coordinates program agreements and training site contacts and evaluations.

Manages the resident selection process to include the development of promotional and recruiting materials.

Coordinates new and recurrent Residency Review Committee (RRC) site reviews and correspondence.

Provides administrative support for resident, faculty and staff travel.

Works in collaboration with the administrator of PMCH for all PMCH funded personnel, administrative, space and other support needs for the office.

Works in collaboration with the administrator of POEM for all POEM funded personnel, administrative, space and other support needs for the office.

Represents the office to appropriate university and RRC committees as required.

Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and three years experience.
Equipment:
Standard office equipment.
Working Environment:
Standard hospital, clinical and/or office environment.
