Job Summary:
To perform a wide variety of professional duties in the coordination of the House Staff in a clinical department.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Coordinates and prepares information for the recruitment, orientation, resignation, and educational conference process.

Collects, compiles, and maintains information into a database on perspective candidates and current residents.

Acts as a liaison with medical and house staff office, outside agencies, and professional personnel.

Provides administrative secretarial support for chief medical residents and house staff.

Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent in related field and one year related experience.
Equipment:
Standard office equipment.
Working Environment:
Standard hospital, clinical and/or office environment.
Other:
