Job Summary:
To provide leadership in the technical support areas of Telemedicine, Distance Learning and Video Teleconferencing.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Serves as Project Team Leader for various video teleconferencing related projects.

Assists in television production techniques for real-time (live) television productions transmitted over compressed video, closed circuit or satellite television.

Responsible for project planning, budgeting, timeline development and end product delivery.

Manages ISDN, T-1 and PRI networks.

Supervises and assists in the installment, modification and operation of studio equipment.

Directs the filming and recording of programs.

Confers on program production, maintenance problems, and equipment replacement.

Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and three years related experience. Previous experience with: studio and field video production; Madge network equipment; network configuration for T-1, ISDN and switched network connectivity, maintenance and design.
Equipment:
Madge network equipment; video production and compression equipment; ISDN; T-1 and PRI networks.
Working Environment:
Standard video production environment.
