JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the management and coordination
all the contracts, including scheduling, billing, and invoices for construction
and facilities projects up to 2 million dollars.
Serves as the primary communication contact
between the customer and team.
MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:

Seeks creative means to better serve internal and external customers.

Works with teams to ensure effective communication flow.

Ensures all individuals have a clear understanding of tasks, assignments,
deadlines and outcome measures.

Coordinates and provides contract maintenance.

Processes Electronic Document System tasks.
-
Compiles spreadsheet reports.
-
Provides billing interface.
-
Assures that all items on the current Critical Task List are addressed and
resolved.

Acts as initial point of contact for team.

Tracks projects, contracts, timelines.
-
Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
-
Performs related duties as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1 year of
related experience.
EQUIPMENT:
Standard office equipment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Standard office environment.
