JOB SUMMARY:
Assists information services leadership team in managing major functions within
the project, customer support, or operations group of information services.
MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:

Plans, organizes, schedules and assigns
activities/tasks to Finance systems and support.

Meets with customers to define scope of
projects and user needs
-
Establishes standards for service delivery and
evaluates the quality of services provided

Prepares and manages area budget
-
Participates in decisions concerning personal
staffing, training, promotion, evaluation, and supervision
-
Develops long range goals and objectives
-
Identifies appropriate internal controls for
department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance
-
Develops and maintains information access
standards for Finance
-
Liaison with Information Services on behalf of
Finance
-
Ensure appropriate desktop support is provided
for Finance

Obtains or prepares activity and progress
reports reflecting performance and usage of Finance

Performs related duties as required
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree or equivalent and six years related experience.
