Job Summary:
To provide oversight for the operation of a large office complex which involves providing work assignments, supervision, and monitoring processes.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:
- Coordinates activities of clerical personnel.
- Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures.
- Evaluates office production and revises procedures to improve efficiency of work flow.
- Compiles data for necessary reports.
- Employs, evaluates, and maintains qualified personnel.
- Maintains liaison and cooperation with other departments.
- Documents the work process and produces status reports.
- Assists management in fiscal and budgetary needs.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and three years related experience.
