Job Summary:
To assist Finance Leadership in organizational development, benchmarking,
operational reporting, scorecards, management reporting, performance management,
measuring trends, budgeting, analysis and other financial activities with a
limited functional or organizational scope.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:
- Analyzes business operations and identifies improvements.
- Monitors and measures the trends in an operational or functional area.
- Creates and develops specialized reports that include business plans,
operational reviews and profitability reports.
- Analyzes business ventures.
- Manages and coordinates departmental budget process.
- Provides support to institutional committees.
- May supervise the work of others including analyzing workload, determining work
priority, assigning duties and overseeing work progress.
- Supports/manages other institutional duties and projects as assigned by Finance
Leadership.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
- Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related experience.
