Job Summary:
To provide supervisory, accounting, and office skills necessary to accomplish financial transactions.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in routine calculating, posting, and typing duties to keep accounting and statistical records.
- Examines bookkeeping and accounting entries of other workers or computer-rejected items, reconciles errors, and records corrections.
- Determines work procedures, assigns duties, and expedites work flow.
- Verifies and balances, postings, charges, receipts, and disbursements.
- Prepares and audits reports, and submits final documents to the appropriate individual.
- Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of the area.
- Keeps time and personnel records and oversees the preparation of payrolls.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
High school or equivalent and three years related experience.

Standard office equipment.
