Job Summary:

To assist Finance Leadership in organizational development, benchmarking, operational reporting, scorecards, management reporting, performance management, measuring trends, budgeting, analysis and other financial activities with a broad functional or organizational scope.

Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

  • Analyzes business operations and identifies improvements.
  • Monitors and measures the trends in an operational or functional area.
  • Creates and develops specialized reports that include business plans, operational reviews and profitability reports.
  • Analyzes business ventures.
  • Manages and coordinates departmental budget process.
  • Provides support to institutional committees.
  • May supervise the work of others including analyzing workload, determining work priority, assigning duties and overseeing work progress.
  • Supports/manages other institutional duties and projects as assigned by Finance Leadership.
  • Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Required Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 6 years of related experience.

Equipment: 

Standard office equipment.
