Job Summary:
To provide technical and professional support for the analysis, implementation, and evaluation of business development activities for UT-MED, The Group Practice Medicine.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Analyzes data to develop projections or models for forecasting; prepares reports on possible and/or probable management outcomes.

Estimates service trends and needs of healthcare consumers.

Conducts needs analysis and prepares clinical strategic plans to develop and outline departmental goals and objectives for improved patient care services.

Serves as community physician liaison and works toward resolution of referral issues.

Develops public education programs with other community UT-MED programs, services and contracts.

Serves as secondary contact for managed care plans.

Designs and develops software applications and systems to support and meet both divisional and departmental objectives.

Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and two years related experience.
