Job Summary:

To provide consulting, analysis, and facilitation of academic change activities to ensure overall academic performance and effectiveness.

Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

  • Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of department functions and procedures for academic projects.
  • Develops new concepts and approaches, as well as identifying job tools, techniques and methods to apply to specific situations.
  • Provides implementation support of redesigned processes and structures.
  • Serves as a facilitator by ensuring adequate and appropriate institutional responses.
  • Researches, designs and implements a Mission-based Management (MBM) program and monitors plan for effectiveness.
  • Performs statistical calculations and qualitative analysis.
  • Performs examinations/observations of department/ component/ entity operations (staffing, structure, systems, workflow).
  • Applies advanced design methods via involving multiple processes and crossing departmental boundaries.
  • Facilitates entity change efforts and excels in the management of group dynamics.
  • Extracts data from institutional systems.
  • Adheres to internal controls established for department.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Required Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field and 5 years of related experience.
