Job Summary:
Provide leadership to a team of computing support staff as well as participating as one of the working staff of that team.
Major Duties / Critical
Tasks:

Participates with other members of his/her team in delivering Information Systems products and services.

Coordinates the activities of the team.

Analyzes operating procedures for the team and for clients to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing tasks.

Participates in department-wide projects as requested.

Gathers and organizes information and makes recommendations on problems or procedures for the team or clients.

Evaluates or participates in the evaluation of the members of the team.

Maintains or monitors all of the expenses and income of the team.

Establishes new agreements for the delivery of products or services to clients.
-
Tracks the teams delivery of products or services, reports on progress and recommends changes to meet client expectations.

Provides advice and counsel to team members.
-
Identifies appropriate internal controls for department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.

Performs other duties as required.
Required Education /
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and four years of experience.
Equipment:
Standard office equipment.
Working Environment:
Standard office environment. Frequent visits to client sites. Occasional work in secured areas.
