Job Summary:
To provide advanced level analysis of institutional activities, interdepartmental relationships, workflows, procedure, and existing technology; and recommend ways to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance revenue and effectiveness of overall operations through automated solutions.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Coordinates product evaluations by consulting with departments to identify current procedures, and by prioritizing system requirements.

Evaluates vendor solutions.

Prepares cost/benefit analysis.

Coordinates written recommendation of solutions.

Develops operational and functional models.

Acts as liaison with data processing personnel during analysis, design, and implementation of automated systems.

Evaluates, compares, forecasts, and develops proposals for change based upon current and near future technologies.

Maintains industry and professional organizational standards.

Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and four years related experience.
