Job Summary:
To assist in providing consultations, training, installation, and technical assistance to computer users of various skill levels regarding the effective use of computer resources through the UTMB Information Center.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Assists in performing requirements analysis procedures for users.

Provides assistance in the installation of end user computing languages.

Investigates technical problems related to personal computers, local area networks, office automation systems, and end user computing languages.

Monitors industry activity via publications.

Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent in related field and no experience necessary.
Equipment:
Standard office equipment.

Standard office environment.
