Job Summary:
To provide assistance in the delivery of quality human resources programs and services to management and employee customers.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Contribute to the success of UTMB Managed Care Operation.

Communicates and interprets policies and procedures to customers.

Assists in benefits administration including but not limited to communication, enrollment and changes for customers.

Assists in the administration of the human resources field office.

Conducts employee orientations and exit interviews.

Prepares statistical and informational reports for presentation to customers and management.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent in related field and one year related experience.
Equipment:
Standard office equipment.
Working Environment:
Standard office environment. May require office environment in prison facility. Requires travel to meet with customers.
