Job Summary:
To provide advanced professional and supervisory skills in a specialized area of human resources administration.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Performs advanced human resource functions in support of Correctional Managed Health Care Operations (CMHC).

Assists in development of human resources programs and services to support CMHC clients.

Develops communication materials and programs and delivers presentations.

Coordinates delivery of human resources services with various HR functions to support CMHC.

Participates on cross-functional teams in CMHC operations.
-
Coordinates HR services with prison units management staff.
-
Adheres to internal controls established by department.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field and two years of related experience.
Equipment:
Standard office equipment.
Working Environment:
Standard office environment. Potential for extensive travel to unit sites.
