Job Summary:
To provide professional assistance in a specialized area of human resources administration.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Performs responsible professional duties in a specialized area of human resources such as employment, benefits, compensation or International Affairs.

Answers questions regarding policies and procedures.

Delivers quality services to human resource customers.

Screens and handles problems and requests from departments, U.T. components, and outside agencies.

Interfaces with Human Resources personnel, other departments, U.T. components, and outside agencies.

May develop computer programs to assist division and/ or department in preparing various reports.

Coordinates and/or assists with research projects and analysis.

Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and no experience required.
Equipment:
Standard office equipment.

Standard office environment.
