JOB SUMMARY:
To manage the admissions, registration,
records, graduation and alumni support for the schools of Allied Health
Sciences, Nursing, Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and School of
Medicine. To support the schools in their mission by providing service to
applicants, students and alumni.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Collaborates with Associate Director and/or Director to identify potential
issues, and develop long term strategic plans for Enrollment Services.

Perform internal quality control of quality assessment and monitoring to
ensure processes are meeting the needs of the schools and the applicants,
students, and alumni.

Ensures compliance with institutional, system, state and federal guidelines
as relates to records and registration, including compliance with SEVIS
regulations for F-1 International students

Manage personnel and the process of admissions processing in support of the
four schools.

Ensure that the needs of each school are met to enable them to select the
most qualified applicants.

Manage personnel and the process of records, graduation and alumni support
for the four schools to ensure support of the mission of the schools and
providing service to students and former students.

Manage the fee assessment process for the four schools in collaboration with
finance.

Monitors the data in the Student Information System to ensure accuracy,
data integrity and security.

Anticipates changes in processes that will require adjustments in procedures
for Enrollment Services

Coordinates the activities to provide admission, registration, records and
registration support for the Schools.

Identifies appropriate internal controls for department.

Performs related duties as required.

Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
MARGINAL OR PERIODIC JOB FUNCTIONS:
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five years
of related experience.
EQUIPMENT:
Standard office equipment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/LOCATION OF POSITION:
Standard office environment.

Specific job requirements or physical location
