JOB SUMMARY:
Plans, organizes and directs implementation of all phases of major
construction projects.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Coordinates project team
representatives during design and execution project phases.

Facilitates and coordinates the
development of final contract construction documents.

Responsible for bidding,
negotiation and implementation of all contracts required to support the
assigned project.

Responsible for maintaining and
monitoring the project budget.

Manages, monitors and evaluates
project control including, scheduling requirements, operational impact and
resources allocation.

Ensures compliance with all
federal, state, local and UT System regulations regarding construction
design and maintenance.

Determines the most effective
and efficient project delivery methods.

Responsible for the design,
execution and effectiveness of a system of internal controls.

Manage and mentor team to
facilitate completion of successful projects.

Adheres to internal controls and reporting
structure.
MARGINAL OR PERIODIC JOB FUNCTIONS:

Performs related duties as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering field or related
field, or equivalent experience. Six years of project management/construction
management experience.
EQUIPMENT:
Standard office equipment.
