Job Summary:
To manage, coordinate, and supervise personnel, equipment and the production
process involved in user services.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:
- Develops and maintains operational procedures and standards for large scale
electronic data processing system.
- Assigns, supervises, and evaluates the scheduling of personnel and computer
operation process.
- Confers with and advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures,
technical problems, priorities and methods.
- Consults with personnel in other data processing operations sections.
- Prepares activity and progress reports regarding the data processing operations
sections.
- Identifies appropriate internal controls for department; provides mechanisms to
monitor and enforce compliance.
- Performs related duties as required.
Required Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and three years related
experience. Equipment:
Standard office equipment.
Working Environment:
Standard hospital, clinical and/or office environment.
