In this topic, you will learn how to add references to your career profile.

 

This topic is for external employees who do not have a login to PeopleSoft HCM.

1.        

If you entered an email address on your career profile, you may first receive an email alerting you to add your references to your Career profile.

Click the Careers link.

Click the Collapse Menu button.

Enter a user name into the User Name: field.

5.        

Enter a password into the Password: field.

Click the Login button.

A notification appears on your profile, instructing you to please add your references.

Click the Please add your references link.

8.        

The Applicant References page appears. Add your references.

Click the Add References button.

Enter the desired information for the reference.

 

Either Save & Return or Save & Add More references.

 

In this example:

Click the Save & Return button.

The reference appears in your Applicant References list.

Click the Save button.

Click the Return to Previous Page link.
