Benefits Services provides assistance in the administration of the various UT Health and Welfare, Disability, mandatory and voluntary retirement programs to all employees, retirees, and dependents covered by such programs.
HR Compensation designs and administers strategic, comprehensive and competitive compensation programs for A&P, Classified and certain Non-Teaching positions. Consultative services relative to the administration of compensation plans are also provided institutionally.
Correctional Managed Care
Provides professional, strategic business partnerships and operational support to leadership, employees, support services and communities that produce positive actions and outcomes for our client-customers.

Employee Health and Wellness
HR Employee Health and Wellness coordinates employee focused programs and services that encompass mind, body and spirit to encourage positive and lasting lifestyle changes.
Employee Relations provides consultation to employees, faculty and supervisors regarding a variety of work related issues. These include but are not limited to: compensation, performance management, discipline, reorganization, policy interpretation, leave management, grievances, appeals and investigations.
The Office of Diversity and Equity supports the creation of such an environment by offering expertise and guidance to develop, assess, encourage, and celebrate diversity initiatives and impart the knowledge and skills necessary for all groups to effectively participate as a member of the UTMB community.
Supports strategic, standardized people development and retention initiatives, processes and programs that develop current/future workforce and leadership while meeting compliance requirements.
Recruitment Services provides assistance for hiring departments which includes but is not limited to staffing planning, candidate sourcing and screening, advertising, the development of diverse applicant pools, on-boarding of new employees and consultation on the job posting process. Services available to UTMB employees seeking UTMB job opportunities include career counseling and resume writing assistance.
Workforce Technology and Analytics (WTA) supports critical Human Capital decision-making capability through the appropriate application of information, processes, and enabling technologies. We promote consistent HR standards of excellence through internal and external quality control and measurement programs. The HR records Services function is responsible for the maintenance and management of employee HR records.
