Organizational Effectiveness, Training and Recognition

Organizational Effectiveness, Training and Recognition (OET&R) is a division of UTMB's Human Resources. The department is designed to support the University's Core Purpose through its many educational and recognition programs.

We continue to restructure our curriculum and revamp our classes to better align with UTMB's institutional needs.
