• UTMB Online
  Direct link to the online training site. Courses will automatically be assigned to employees based on their primary job responsibilities and can be assigned individually by managers of supervisors with the proper access.
  
  
• Training System Help (employees, students, etc.)
  Step-by-step instructions for logging in, dowloading the necessary plug-ins, and other helpful information regarding the Online Training System.
  
  
• Tracking System Help (administrators, managers, etc.)
  Basic instructions for using the Online Tracking System. The Tracking system is an online tool for managers or supervisors with access to track, manage, assign, and generate reports for training requirements for their employees.
  
  
• Institutional Online Training Advisory Group
  This group was created to identify issues, look for ways to improve the online training process, and reduce the burden in terms of time and effort for faculty and staff completing their training requirements. The group is comprised of at least one representative from each entity.
  
  
• Online Training Courses
  Lists each course in the online training system, it's approval status and the program description which lists all the details regarding the course requirements and objectives.
