ePerformance is a web-based, self-service evaluation tool that provides a standardized approach for documenting, measuring, and tracking employee performance.
UTMB has adopted this performance management system to streamline our process for conducting effective employee evaluations.
All managers and employees – except for Graduate Assistants and Residents – will be expected to use the ePerformance tool to complete their annual reviews for FY14.
