$3,000 MRI Technologist Referral Bonus
Available Until Dec. 31, 2025

All paid UTMB employees who refer an applicant to an MRI Technologist position on the UTMB Galveston Campus will be eligible for a special $3,000 bonus.

For a referring employee to be considered for the bonus, the applicant must: 

• Have not been employed by UTMB within the past 12 months.
• Be hired into a benefits-eligible position between July 29, 2025, and Dec. 31, 2025.

If the applicant meets all requirements and is hired, the referring employee will receive $1,500 when the applicant completes six months of service and another $1,500 when the applicant completes one year of service.

Both the applicant and the referring employee must be actively employed at the time of each scheduled payout.
