Changing Your Benefits
There are only two occasions that allow employees and retirees to change their benefits during the plan year – annual enrollment and a qualifying change of status event.

Please be advised that you have 31 days from the date of the qualifying change of status event to submit your change and benefits elections. If you do not make your change during the 31-day period, your change cannot be made until the next annual enrollment period in July, to be effective the following September 1.
