What's the Tea? – UTMB Leader Learning Series

What’s the Tea is a collaborative learning series that gives UTMB’s leaders small sips of hot topics within Human Resources and across the university.

It is offered virtually the third Wednesday of every month to connect you with the information, tools and resources needed to successfully lead your team. It also allows you to network with your peers and to learn from their knowledge and experiences. 

Any questions about this learning series may be directed to your HR Business Partner, HR Employee Relations Advisor or CMC HR Consultant.


As the year winds down and the pace picks up, we invite you to join us on Wednesday, Dec. 17, for a chance to reflect and reset before the holidays.

We’ll take a temperature check on year-end stress, help you identify what to release and what to carry forward, and share ideas for reconnecting with what matters most in the new year.

So grab your favorite mug (yes, literally) and get ready to sip and reset with your colleagues. We promise you’ll leave the session with more clarity and not more to-dos!
