All paid UTMB employees who refer an applicant to a Maternal and Child Specialist (APRN) position at the Regional Women’s Services & Pediatrics clinics in Beaumont and Conroe will be eligible for a special $5,000 bonus.

For you to be considered for the bonus, the applicant must have:

• Master’s degree in nursing or higher with appropriate nurse practitioner certification for patient care in clinical specialization
• Current Texas advanced practice registered nurse licensure

If your referral is hired into a benefits-eligible position between Sept. 1, 2022, and March 31, 2023, you will receive $1,500 when they complete six months of service and $3,500 when they complete one year of service. (Transfers not eligible.)

All bonus payouts are subject to taxation, and you and your referral must be actively employed at UTMB at the time of each payout.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, which can really add up for you and benefit UTMB at the same time.
