UTMB is adjusting the accrual codes that are visible to employees in the Kronos timekeeping system.
Effective Wednesday, Oct. 19, the myPTO and Vacation Total accrual code will no longer be displayed. This change is necessary because the combined total of myVacation Carry Forward and PTO hours is not populating properly for all employees
due to limitations within the system.
Employees should refer to the myVacation Carry Forward and PTO accrual codes for their current balances.
