The institutional deadline to complete employee evaluations for the FY23 performance review cycle is Tuesday, Oct. 31.
As of Thursday, Oct. 26, the percent of completed evaluations for each operating area is:
- Academic Enterprise – 63%
- Health System – 85%
- Institutional Support – 94%
- Overall UTMB – 81%
An evaluation is required for all full-time, part-time and casual employees hired on or before Feb. 28, 2023. Evaluations should be completed within the ePerformance system except for the following:
- Evaluations for faculty and postdoctoral fellows should be completed in POWER/myPOWER.
- Evaluations for residents, graduate assistants, standardized patients, Federal Work Study students, student assistants, MUTA/GTA teaching associates and tutors should be completed using the performance tools approved for these positions.
