Total Rewards statements are available for all full- and part-time employees. This personalized statement reflects the institution’s commitment and investment in our employees, and it is designed to help you better understand the true value of the total compensation package you receive from UTMB.
Total Compensation Package
The statement provides itemized U.S. dollar amounts for each component of your total compensation package:
- Salary and any other pay such as overtime, shift differential pay, on-call pay, longevity pay and
clinical augmentation
- Paid leave, including vacation/PTO and holiday time
- Medical, disability and life insurance
- Retirement savings plans
- Legally mandated benefits such as Social Security, Medicare and workers’ compensation insurance
- Additional institutional rewards

How to Access Your Statement
To access your Total Rewards statement, follow these steps:
- Go to Employee Self Service
- Log in with your UTMB user ID and password
- Click on Payroll and Compensation
- Select Total Rewards
