This personalized statement is designed to help you better understand the true value of the total compensation package you receive as an UTMB employee.

It provides itemized dollar amounts and contribution rates for each component of your total compensation package, including your annual salary and any additional pay; medical, disability and life insurance plans; retirement savings programs; legally mandated benefits such as Social Security and workers’ compensation insurance; paid leave; and other institutional rewards.

To view your statement, log in to Employee Self Service and click on Total Rewards under the Payroll and Compensation section.
